When: September 20 & 21

Where: Star of the West Softball Complex, Rapid City


Athletes riding the bus:


  • Bus will begin loading FRIDAY, Sep 19 in the NW corner of the Lowes Parking Lot (I-29 and W 26th St) at 3 p.m.
  • Bus will depart at 3:15 p.m.
  • Bus is expected to return Sunday at 10 p.m. at Lowes


Athletes NOT riding the bus:


  • Meet your coach at the complex at 8 a.m. at field 5 on Saturday, Sep 20
  • Line up for opening ceremony begins at 8:15 and the ceremony begins at 8:30 a.m.
  • Banquet and Dance begins at 6:15 p.m. at the Ramada Inn


Reminders for all athletes:


  • You must wear your SOSF gold/black uniform to participate.  NO YELLOW TSHIRTS.
  • If you do not own your uniform, you will need to turn it in to your coach after your last game on Sunday in Rapid City.
  • Lunch on Saturday and Sunday will be provided for all registered athletes and volunteers.
  • Only those athletes that registered for the banquet will be able to attend the Saturday night meal.

2014 USA Games

Congratulations to the Fireworks athletes on their amazing results at the 2014 USA Games!  The following athletes from the Fireworks participated on Team South Dakota at the games: Chana Sandoval, Noah Pierce, Mark Hoover, and Keith Halbertstadt.  Well done athletes!!

Polar Plunge Challenge Winner

At the Soup Supper- the challenge was made!

Challenge: The athlete that could raise the most money by April 1 would win the big white polar bear.

Alison List is the winner!

Alison raised $271.00 by April 1, all by herself!

Great job Alison! Thank you for all your hard work!
